Shekhar Chandrahas Singh is an IAS officer from the 2012 batch, currently serving as Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) Commissioner. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Guwahati and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley.

He has driven impactful governance reforms in education, sustainability, urban development, and public health, earning multiple national and global awards for his innovative leadership.
