Biography

Practising as an advocate/ legal consultant since 2007. She is Senior Associate at the firm “Avinash Ganu & Associates”. Founder Partner at “LexonomiX”

Sayali has three Master’s degrees and a post graduate diploma in Intellectual property law. She has so far presented her research work in 11 international conferences in Europe, Asia and India, in subject “Law and Economics” and “Competition Law so far.

Her firm “LexonomiX” is a full-service business law firm which focuses on providing practical solutions to the legal problems of the clients. They understand nature of business and the end goal of the clients first and also the issue at hand, which facilitates finding the most efficient and effective solutions.

Adv. Sayali mainly handles legal work in the field of domestic & international contracts, financial transactions structuring, intellectual property rights, technology related laws including software and IT laws and prevention of sexual harassment at workplace.

She also specializes in succession planning, estate planning and asset transfer documentations including Wills and other mechanisms.

Mainly handles legal work in the field of corporate & business laws, domestic & international contracts, financial transactions structuring, intellectual property matters, property law, inheritance laws, estate planning, business succession, wills & succession related matters, etc.

Has handled business transaction structuring and negotiation consultancy including commercial contract drafting assignments for various client companies, including American, Belgian, European, German, Thai MNCs as well as MSMEs having offices in multiple locations in India, working in different verticals of software services, software products, engineering technology, manufacturing, infrastructure and fintech sector. In drafting of agreement her focus is on using simple language, precise and clear statements.

Teaching interdisciplinary subject “Law and Economics” since 2015. Also pursuing academic research work in this field.

Has been conducting various seminars, webinars and lectures for creating awareness about laws and legal support for businesses.
