Neetica is an Industrial Designer, Founder/ Chief Design Officer at Never Odd or Even (NOOE). With a minimalistic, honest and simple approach to keep my design clean with meticulous attention to detail.

She has been awarded the Red Dot Design Award 2022, Lexus Design Award India winner 2022, and Nominated for the IF Design Finalist award 2023.

Neetica graduated in Product Design from MIT Institute of Design, Pune. She has previously worked at very prestigious Industrial design and Furniture design studios like Normann Copenhagen and Sebastian Holmbäck Design Studio, Copenhagen, Denmark for my Graduation project & successfully completed a full time course for a semester in Paris, under Product design at the Strate School of Design, Paris, France in 2016.
